Welcome to the Milton Keynes Registration Service booking system.
This system will provisionally hold a booking for:
A statutory formation in the Register Office room (couple and 2 witnesses only) - specific Tuesday mornings only
An enhanced formation in the Flowers Suite, Central Milton Keynes (couple and up to 60 guests, including witnesses) on Saturdays. We can also offer enhanced civil partnership formations on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, if you wish to book on any of these days please email registrars@milton-keynes.gov.uk with your preferred date and time.
A simple formation in the Hall at Centrecom (couple and up to 12 guests, including witnesses and children) - available on selected Monday afternoons until the end of June 2026 only. Centrecom is not within the Register Office, it's a separate venue nearby. If you wish to book a simple formation at Centrecom, please book your notice appointment and then email registrars@milton-keynes.gov.uk with your preferred date and time. Please note that bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis.
A simple ceremony held in the Flowers Suite (couple and up to 12 guests, including children and witnesses) - available on selected Mondays from 1 July 2026 onwards.
Our attendance to perform an enhanced formation at a licenced venue within the Milton Keynes registration district (check with the venue for numbers and please ensure you have made a provisional booking with them before continuing)
