Civil Partnership formation booking

Welcome to the Milton Keynes Registration Service booking system.

This system will provisionally hold a booking for: 

  • A statutory formation in the Register Office room (couple and 2 witnesses only) - specific Tuesday mornings only

  • An enhanced formation in the Flowers Suite, Central Milton Keynes (couple and up to 60 guests, including witnesses) on a Saturday, please email registrars@milton-keynes.gov.uk if you would prefer a weekday booking

  • A simple formation in the Hall at Centrecom (couple and up to 12 guests, including witnesses) - available on selected Monday afternoons only.  Centrecom is not within the Register Office, it's a separate venue nearby.  For further information, please contact registrars@milton-keynes.gov.uk or see the ceremony page on our website. 
  • Our attendance to perform an enhanced formation at a licenced venue within the Milton Keynes registration district (check with the venue for numbers and please ensure you have made a provisional booking with them before continuing) 

PLEASE NOTE:  If you wish to hold your formation in the next three months this cannot be booked online, call us on 01908 372101 to discuss.
